Elon Musk stands out as an entrepreneur who views money as a tool and uses these resources to achieve his goals. His biggest objective is understood to be traveling to Mars with SpaceX and establishing a new civilization there. To achieve this, Musk recognizes the need for a large workforce on Mars and plans to accomplish this with Optimus robots.
Through the AI platform called Grok, he aims to grant autonomy to these robots. At Tesla, he enables vehicles to transform into four-wheeled robots through autonomous driving technology. Additionally, he is developing solar energy and energy storage technologies to build the infrastructure necessary to meet Mars’s energy needs.
During this process, Musk uses the X platform to manage potential public reactions and maintain public support. He also gains access to the vast data sources needed for Grok’s development. While establishing a robust communication infrastructure on Mars with the Starlink system, he gains soft power through the superiority achieved in global communications. (Without Starlink, for example, the situation in Ukraine could have been very different.)
Since initially supporting a large population on Mars is not feasible, he aims to control robots and Tesla vehicles via Neuralink’s brain-implanted chip. All of this is seen as a connected, comprehensive, and well-thought-out plan.
His possible entry into politics is considered a precautionary measure to protect against potential obstacles. It is not an exaggeration to say that Elon Musk is one of the most important figures of the 21st century. If he achieves his goals, human civilization will evolve into a completely new phase.
