Detailed plans must be made for all scenarios on a city-by-city, region-by-region basis, and a clear course of action for emergency conditions must be determined in advance.
Looking to the Future: Where Are Our Climate Conditions Headed?
If the necessary steps are not taken, it is quite clear that our geography is headed for drier and hotter climate conditions with rising temperatures. Heeding this warning and taking action is one of the most critical steps for our future.
